Note: This form is limited by certain operational restrictions of Zeus technology who provide the service to Blue-yonder. (b) Payments can most easily be made by NOCHEX (instant payment) Registration is not necessary. Payment by Paypal can be accepted but involves higher charges so is discouraged. Please do NOT enter using this form unless you are prepared to pay electronically - otherwise it causes confusion.

(c) A number of changes have had to be incorporated to abide by UK:athletics rules, applicable through the TRA registration. Because of how the levy works, we can now absorb the levy for relay teams, as till now most have been affiliated and the 2005 formula was confusing.

Reminder: Qualification for mixed teams: ladies to run at least 3 sections, at least Ż distance, total 27 km or more.
A lady can run the Glory leg (8) if (a) there are 4 or more stages run by ladies, (b) ladies run Stage 1 plus any other plus 8 or (c) ladies run Stage 3 plus any of 2, 4, 5, 7 plus 8. There are more options if a man runs the Glory leg.

Note: the Minimum Age on day is 18 years unless accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
